Gift My Love

SONG LYRICS

if there cou;ld be peace on earth, in a world of pain, if we all turned to love my friend, they’d be no one to blame, though we are miles apart, you’re right in my heart, and as the snow falls it’s true, this Christmas, won’t be here without you. I swore I heard Christmas bell’s then I thought I saw you, then I dream’t I was home again, in a world full of truth, the distance between us is far, but you’re close to my heart, and God knows it’s true, this Christmas, won’t be here without you. (children playing snowballs are reigning cos’ it’s Christmas time … lets hear their laughter may it last for everafter for it’s Christmas time) oh how I wish I was home, I feel so alone, and if I don’t make it through, I hope Christmas …. gifts my love to you. ‘COME HOME DADDY’ ….. (children playing snowball’s are reigning cos’ it’s Christmas time …. let’s hear their laughter may it last forever after cos’ it’s Christmas time) … If there could be peace on earth(children playing snowball’s are reigning cos’ it’s Christmas time) …. if we all turned to love my friend (let’s hear their laughter may it last forever after cos’ it’s Christmas time) … I swore I heard Christmas bells … (church bells ringing everyone’s singing Christmas night’s aglow, with love that we send to our absent friends oh how we miss you so)>

DESCRIPTION
My Christmas song features my daughter and grandaughter singing. It's about a soldier serving his country in a foreign land hoping he will be home for Christmas, but if he sadly can't make it, then it's his undying love that will be his 'gift' to his wife and children' for Christmas.
